Development Zone Overview

Xintai Economic Development Zone is a provincial high-tech industrial development zone and a provincial economic development zone established with the approval of the Shandong Provincial People's Government in July 1992, with a total planned area of 45.5 square kilometers. It plans to develop five major industries including optoelectronic technology, intelligent manufacturing, biomedicine, new materials and new energy, and modern service industry.

At present, there are 429 enterprises in the zone, including 216 industrial enterprises (81 industrial enterprises above designated size), 176 commercial enterprises, 25 service enterprises, and 12 construction and installation enterprises. In recent years, the development zone has been rated as one of the top 100 scientific development demonstration parks in the country, one of the top 100 provincial development zones around the Bohai Sea in terms of technological innovation, circular economy and investment environment competitiveness, one of the top ten provincial eco-economic development zones, and one of the first batch of provincial energy conservation and environmental protection industry bases, and is currently actively creating a provincial-level eco-industrial park and a provincial safety standardization demonstration park.

Key industries

The park focuses on the development of machinery and equipment manufacturing, new energy and new materials, biomedicine and modern service industries, and accelerates the construction of a well-known high-end industrial base in China and a core demonstration zone for scientific and technological innovation in the city.

Optoelectronics technology industry: Taishan Optoelectronics Technology Industrial Park is planned to cover an area of 2,000 mu. It has hired a world-class industrial research institution - Xinmou Research to complete the "Xintai City Optoelectronics Technology Industry Development Plan". It clarifies the four development directions of semiconductor equipment and materials, packaging and testing, and manufacturing, sets up a 1 billion yuan optoelectronic industry guidance fund, builds standard workshops, and realizes "packing-in". More than 10 companies including Huaneng Optoelectronics Technology, Jingtaixing Optoelectronics Technology, Nabo Technology, Jinyun, Jinhongtai, etc. have settled in. Focus on cultivating optoelectronic technology industry clusters with Jingtaixing Optoelectronics as the leader and many optoelectronic technology companies as the flagship, build optoelectronics Science and technology industry chain, and cultivate an optoelectronic industry base which is well-known in North China and taking the lead in central Shandong.

Modern service industry (bonded logistics): It is planned to cover an area of 750 mu, with the goal of building a bonded logistics center, and finally building it into a comprehensive bonded area. Tai'an Land Port Express Customs Supervision Station has been put into operation. It is the only operating cross-border direct purchase supervision station in Jinan Customs District. A European service station has been established in Venlo, the Netherlands, and is listed by the Ministry of Commerce in the "one park and two districts" project of the China-Europe Electronic Trade Logistics Park, serving as a distribution center for cross-border e-commerce goods in China to Europe and a distribution center for cross-border e-commerce goods in Greater China. Vigorously develop new formats of "e-commerce +" and "logistics +", provide one-stop services for cross-border e-commerce platforms, e-commerce sellers, forwarding companies, overseas warehouses, customs brokers, freight forwarding companies, express delivery companies and other service entities, form a foreign trade and economic industry cluster focusing on cross-border customs clearance and export business, and create a new highland for the e-commerce logistics industry in central Shandong.

Intelligent manufacturing industry: The intelligent manufacturing industrial park is planned to cover an area of 2,000 mu, and an "intelligent manufacturing cluster" will be built around key areas such as auto parts, high-end equipment, and industrial information industry. The auto parts industry takes the opportunity of China National Heavy Duty Truck Group to increase regulations and expand production, relying on projects such as Antu Brake, Hexin Seiko, Haoda Spare Parts, etc., to attract large and excellent auto parts upstream and downstream enterprises, and build a "provincial auto parts intelligent manufacturing industry base". The high-end equipment industry has introduced a number of high-end equipment companies such as Liwei Laser and Xinchu Laser, formed a laser application industry cluster focusing on "laser cutting and welding, laser anti-counterfeiting, numerical control center, and intelligent manufacturing complete equipment solutions", and created an international laser intelligent manufacturing Tech Valley. The Industrial Information Industrial Park will focus on well-known enterprises such as Huawei, Haier, Inspur, and Alibaba Cloud, deeply integrate and participate in the construction and development of industrial smart cities, industrial brains and industrial Internet, and provide strong intellectual support for actively promoting "Xintai Manufacturing" to "Xintai Intelligent Manufacturing".

Biopharmaceutical and medical device industry: There are more than 20 related enterprises in the zone, including Shenzhen Minimalist, Lukangset, Runde Bio, Fanjing Bio, Yiming Bio, and Gaolong Bio, mainly producing physiotherapy equipment and finished tablets. Agents, glucosamine, D-ribose, in vitro diagnostic reagents, food-grade amino acids and other products, covering the fields of antibiotics, pharmaceutical intermediates, food additives and medical devices. It is planned to build a large health industrial park covering an area of 400 mu. According to the idea of "high-end high-tech + large platform", it will cultivate and introduce related enterprises in the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain to settle in, and build a demonstration park in the field of medical care and health in central Shandong.

New material and new energy industry: Introduced and constructed the Beijing Tongyizhong UHMWPE fiber industrialization project with an annual output of 4,060 tons, the Butian New Material Environmental Protection Polyurethane Thermal Insulation Board Project, the Mining Technology Microcapsule Functional Color-changing Material, and the Laigang Copper Industry Carbon Fiber Reinforced Composite Material , Fei thin new material modified polyphenylene sulfide fiber and other high-tech projects. Plan to build a provincial circular economy industrial demonstration zone in Loude Town, which is the first batch of chemical parks recognized by Shandong province. The planned area is 8.01 square kilometers, and there are 18 enterprises including Zhengda Coking, Zhongtai New Materials, Cosell Rubber Polymer, Linrun New Energy, etc., Focus on the development of coal gasification, coal coking, synthetic new materials, fine chemicals, polymer materials and other industries, form a high-end, environmentally friendly new material industry foundation with special fibers, high-performance fibers and advanced materials as the core, realize the rapid expansion of domestic and foreign markets, military and civilian markets, and the upgrading and development of the new material industry is poised to take off.

Zone construction

Mainly build standardized workshops

Agricultural product processing park: It covers an area of 65 mu, with a total of 63,000 square meters. There are four factory buildings, and the first building has four floors, with a single floor area of 6,000 square meters, and a floor height of 4.7 meters.

Buildings 2-4 have the same structure as Building 1. They are all two-story buildings, and each floor is 6500 square meters. The first floor is 9.3 meters high, and the second floor is 4.7 meters high.

The second phase of the new generation information technology industrial park covers an area of 100 acres and a construction area of 105,000 square meters. There are a total of 6 buildings, each of which is a four-story structure.

Focus on promoting the construction of industrial parks

Laser Industrial Park: construction area is 255,000 square meters, covering an area of 270 acres.

Phase III of Optoelectronic Industrial Park: covers an area of 123 mu, and plans to build a standard workshop of 180,000 square meters.

Auto Industrial Park: On the basis of the reconstruction of Guodu Automobile Industrial Park, it is planned to build 370,000 square meters, 360 mu to the west.
