First, the government adopts "digital" technologies to empower "supervision" to realize smart quality control in all links. It has pioneered the adoption of "Certificate of conformity plus blockchain" traceability model nationwide, effectively combining the application of blockchain technology with the aquatic product quality certificate system, reflecting the traceability information results at different stages and links of sea cucumber quality on the certificates issued by each sales link, realizing online storage of all certificates, as well as ensuring the transparency of product quality and smart supervision of the whole chain by adding time stamp, location stamp and quality identification stamp.
Second, the enterprises turn "popularity" into "personality" and focus on the precision of multi-brand consumption. Yantai FTZ integrates the resources of 30 enterprises that export 80% of their products, seizes the market transformation period of "Domestic sales of commodities originally produced for exports", analyzes consumer groups and consumption directions through the smart cloud big data system in combination with JD.com's "self-managed" logistics to grasp information data of all customers, conducts "personalized" product customization for customers ahead of counterparts, guiding marine food enterprises to develop products suitable for different regions, ages and groups, to create domestic private brands.
Third, e-commerce shifts from "offline" to "cloud" to diversify terminal procurement. In terms of business investment and agglomeration, various enterprises across the marine food industry chain are pooled together through the shared registration method, to provide adequate warehouse space for sales at cloud platform. With regard to classification and cultivation, the marine food production and operating units are managed separately according to the scale: Small and medium-sized enterprises are cultivated in the way of "specialty product pavilion" while large-scale leading enterprises are managed via JD.com's self-operated method.
