Zhang Dong said in his speech that since the start of SCODA construction, the building of the "4 Centers" of international logistics, modern trade, two-way investment cooperation, business, tourism and culture exchange and development has been solidly promoted. SCODA has a very close relationship in economic and trade cooperation and exchange with Russia. Besides, it has established official friendship cities and partnership relations with more than 60 Russian cities such as St. Petersburg, laid a good foundation for local economic and trade cooperation and exchange, and explored a replicable and extendable cooperation model.
In his speech, Boris Stupnitsky introduced the Primorye Chamber of Commerce and Industry as an important part of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation and it has more than 300 large and medium-sized member companies involved in mining, logistics, fisheries, etc.
