Among them, the Shandong Micro/Nano Sensing Manufacturing Innovation Center is the only provincial-level manufacturing innovation center in the field of micro/nano manufacturing. "500Pa micro-pressure sensor" and other technological achievements led by two academicians of the Chinese Academy of Engineering have replaced the imported products, and medical micro-differential pressure sensor chips, zirconia oxygen sensor cores, graphene-based gas sensor chips and other technologies take the lead in China. A northern highland for the micro/nano manufacturing industry will be built in Huang-Bohai New Area, Yantai. The Marine Equipment Engineering Technology Industrial Park Project has the most advanced manned diving system and life support system in China. It is mainly engaged in R&D, production and manufacturing of marine engineering, underwater systems and operations, diving and rescue, military compression chambers, and supporting products of shield tunneling machines, as well as high-end design and development of marine engineering modules, and strives to build a new highland for the marine equipment engineering industry.
