On the morning of March 6, Weifang (Tokyo) Key Industries Promotion Conference and National Comprehensive Pilot Agriculture Zone Project Matchmaking Conference were held in Tokyo, Japan. It was hosted by the People's Government of Weifang City, organized by the Municipal Bureau of Commerce of Weifang City, the Promotion Office of Weifang National Comprehensive Pilot Agriculture Zone, and the Center for Economic and Technological Cooperation of Weifang, and co-organized by the Japan Talent Business Association and the Weifang General Chamber of Commerce in Japan. In total, 15 trade associations and multinational companies in modern agriculture, food processing, advanced manufacturing, and other fields in Japan attended the activity. Di Bo, Deputy Mayor of Weifang City, attended and addressed the activity.

At the conference, the Center for Economic and Technological Cooperation of Weifang, Japan-China Human Resources and Business Exchange Association, Shandong Yuanqingtian Modern Agriculture Development Co., Ltd. and Japan Genseida Trading Co., Ltd., Shandong Guangda Import & Export Co., Ltd., and Japan's TOYO Corporation signed cooperation agreements in economic and trade exchange, investment in the pre-made food industrial park, trade cooperation, and other fields. The signing of the agreements is of great significance for taking Weifang-Japan exchange and cooperation in investment, trade, and technology to a higher level and a wider range.
