Shandong Implements the "Talent Attraction and Industry Development" Human Resources Service Program

Recently, the Human Resources and Social Security Department of Shandong Province, together with the Organization Department of the CPC Shandong Provincial Committee and other eight departments, issued Several Measures for Implementing the "Talent Attraction and Industry Development" Human Resources Service Program to Contribute to the Formation of a Wild-geese-flying Pattern for Talent Attraction. According to the document, 10 key measures will be introduced to support the implementation of the "Talent Attraction and Industry Development" Human Resources Service Program, accelerate delivering effective talent introduction results in the field of human resources service, and stimulate the potential of employers in talent attraction.

Aimed at boosting vitality on both the supply and demand sides, these measures will put focus on developing a headhunting service network, training high-level headhunting consultants, building a human resources service industrial park, "urban talent reception room", establishing an information sharing mechanism for headhunting service, promoting brand building for talent attraction and introduction activities and other aspects. Meanwhile, these measures will also vigorously promote new models such as highlighting regional collaboration and integration in introducing talents, encouraging headhunting companies to cooperate with enterprises to deliver talent introduction orders, offering "accompanying" recruitment service for major investment projects, and adopting the "open competition system" for key talent introduction projects. By doing so, Shandong strives to effectively broaden market-oriented talent introduction channels for human resources service and continue to introduce more talents to Shandong.
