Recently, the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Shandong Province organized and carried out the selection of the inaugural group of advanced small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Shandong Province. The whole process involves multiple stages, including initial applications submitted by enterprises, review and referrals by pertinent city-level authorities, evaluations by experts, insight gathering from relevant departments, and public disclosure via online channels. Through the process, 100 enterprises, including Chaoyue Technology Co., Ltd., have been recognized as advanced SMEs in Shandong Province.

According to reports, Shandong is actively working to catalyze the development of local SMEs. As part of this effort, the province is continuously refining its energy consumption, land, and capital policies. For example, it has strengthened the energy use guarantee for private investment projects. It has prioritized such projects in the allocation of new and existing land resources. It has more scientifically planned the industrial geographic distribution and encouraged new enterprises to cluster within industrial parks. Additionally, it has provided greater investment and financing support for relevant advanced manufacturing segments and carried out industry-finance matchmaking by industry and sector. This year, Shandong is set to further execute the "Action Together" project for large, small, and medium-sized enterprises, and leverage the "Made in Shandong · Sell to the World through the Internet" cloud procurement platform to enhance industrial supply and demand connections and foster collaborative partnerships.
