Recently, Qingdao, Shandong Province launched the "Good Achievements in Qingdao" series of activities. To accelerate the transformation and industrialization of high-quality sci-tech achievements in Qingdao, the activities should select leading original sci-tech projects, expand the coordination channels for the transformation of sci-tech achievements, create new formats and models for the sci-tech service industrial chain, and develop an "innovation engine" for cultivating new quality productive forces.

Qingdao has been exploring new paradigms for sci-tech achievement transformation. In terms of the top-level design, it continuously issues policies for rewards and subsidies to encourage scientific research institutes, higher education institutions, and enterprises to give full play to their respective advantages according to their characteristics and realize "local transformation" while generating high-quality achievements. In terms of key links, Qingdao takes application as the orientation to continuously promote the smooth connection and efficient collaboration of each node in the "long chain" of sci-tech achievement transformation. It aims to transform the "sprint" of a single link into the "relay" of various links. In terms of models, Qingdao has launched "national pioneering" attempts such as "Golden Achievements", the cloud R&D center, and the national marine sci-tech market to explore more efficient ways for sci-tech achievement transformation.
