Recently, China's first functional national digital transformation promotion center providing services for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) was officially opened to the public. It is jointly established with the support of governments at all levels in Shandong Province and contracted, managed and operated by Inspur Yunzhou.

Up to now, the center has gathered more than 400 service providers of various types and provided more than 1,000 digital products and solutions. The experience scenarios cover key industries such as machinery, chemical industry, food, electronic information, clothing textile, and building materials. The center has cumulatively provided digital transformation services such as diagnosis, matchmaking and training for more than 1,400 enterprises.

In the next step, the center will act in accordance with the decision-making deployment of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Shandong Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China, and the People's Government of Shandong Province. Under the guidance and support of the industrial and information technology agencies at all levels in Shandong Province, the center will closely focus on the digital transformation needs of SMEs, further link domestic high-quality resources, expand service capabilities and range, and strive to gather around 1,300 high-quality service providers and develop more than 5,000 high-quality solutions by 2026. The center aims to train over 10,000 entrepreneurs and fully create a new hub for the digital transformation of SMEs that leads the nation.
