MOFCOM Announcement No.12 of 2019 on Postponing the Anti-dumping Case of Phenol

In accordance with the Anti-dumping Regulations of the People's Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as the Anti-dumping Regulations), the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China (MOFCOM) issued Announcement No.33 of 2018 on March 26, 2018, deciding to carry out anti-dumping investigation into imports of phenol originating in the United States, the EU, the Republic of Korea, Japan and Thailand. 

In consideration of the complexity of this case, MOFCOM has decided to extend the investigation period of the case by six months in accordance with Article 26 of the Anti-dumping Regulations; that is to say, the deadline falls on September 26, 2019.
