A total of more than 5,300 new listed experts were selected in this centralized selection, thus the provincial experts in database are increased to 20,000.

After this centralized selection, the number of experts listed in Shandong province has increased by nearly 40%, especially rare professionals such as landscaping, property management, computer and network equipment, and medical devices increased more. On the one hand, the new experts listed enrich the resources of Shandong provincial government procurement evaluation experts, alleviate the contradiction between the lack of some professional experts and the evaluation needs of government procurement projects; on the other hand, they reduce the risk of experts being "hunted" to a certain extent, beneficial to further optimizing the fair and just business environment for government procurement. The experts selected centrally have improved in both quantity and quality. Among the new experts, the number of senior professional titles accounts for nearly 60%, promoting the overall level of the evaluation experts.
