Recently, the International Institute of High-tech Research released the 2023 Top 50 "Little Giant" Enterprises List. Seven enterprises in Shandong were selected, including Sinoma Lithium Battery Separator Co., Ltd., Shandong Intco Medical Products Co., Ltd., Shandong GRINM Semiconductor Materials Co., Ltd., Morningcore Holding Co., Ltd., Shandong Fengyuan Lithium Energy Technology Co., Ltd., Weihai Haixin New Material Co., Ltd., and Jereh Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd.

Attaching great importance to the development of specialized, fined, peculiar, and new enterprises, Shandong will provide guidance and support for the specialized, fined, peculiar, and new development of SMEs. This will be a crucial measure to strengthen the province's "top ten" industries for the replacement of old growth drivers with new ones as well as the advancement of 11 iconic industrial chains. In 2024, more than 700 innovative SMEs, more than 400 specialized, fined, peculiar, and new SMEs, and about 100 "little giant" enterprises will be selected to list on the "incubation layer", "regulation layer", and "cultivation layer" of the special board for specialized, fined, peculiar, and new enterprises of Qilu equity trading center respectively. Shandong strives to cultivate more than 10 specialized, fined, peculiar, and new enterprises for listing in China.
