Recently, Shandong Province has identified and announced 68 projects for the industrial digital transformation pilot program based on open competition.

Following the idea of platform service providers offering solutions to the problems facing industries, the program focuses on key industries and fields such as electronic information manufacturing, equipment manufacturing, raw materials, consumer goods and characteristic industrial clusters and such links as R&D, design, production, maintenance, operation and management. By means of open competition, it supports digital transformation service providers such as industrial Internet platforms to develop a batch of advanced, applicable and replicable representative scenario solutions and pilot them in manufacturing enterprises. By doing so, it strives to improve industries' overall digital technological sophistication through the "1+N" model.

The Department of Industry and Information Technology of Shandong Province will organize two centralized acceptance evaluations before the end of September this year and April next year. According to the comprehensive review results of "excellent, good and pass", all the scenarios will be given a one-time subsidy of up to 1 million yuan, 500,000 yuan and 300,000 yuan, respectively.
