Job Responsibilities: 

1. The applicant will take charge of the technological test and planning in the early stage of new product development;

2. The applicant will take charge of the guidance and supervision of production process on site;

3. The applicant will take charge of the preparation, guidance and implementation of process documents for welding parts and structural parts, and the presentation of relevant requirements for welding material, as well as the quality inspection of welding quality;

4. The applicant will be responsible for improving welding process and controlling the quota and cost of welding material;

5. The applicant should carry out technical disclosure with the production department and the external subcontractors of the company with respect to the welding process standards and key techniques in the production process;

6. The applicant will take charge of the welding training, examination and evaluation as well as the system review and maintenance;

7. The applicant should improve the implementation of the proposals and schemes;

8. The applicant should perform other work assigned by leaders.

Age Requirements: Under 40 years old

Educational Requirements: Bachelor degree

Job Qualification: 

1. Those specializing in mechanical and welding related majors with a bachelor degree or above are wanted;

2. Those having more than three years of relevant working experience as welding engineer in manufacturing enterprises, obtaining IWE international welding engineer certificate are wanted. Excellent fresh graduates are also welcome;

3. Those with good communication and coordination skills, the ability of problem-solving and execution, strong sense of responsibility, as well as the ability of working under pressure are wanted;

4. Those fluent in oral English are preferred.

Support Conditions and Benefits Provided by Employer: Salary ranges from RMB 8,000 - 15,000 per month with the provision of accommodation and social insurance.
