Support Conditions and Benefits Provided by Employer:

Employer: The supporting conditions and benefits will be discussed face to face;

High-tech Zone: Living allowances of RMB 3,000 per month will be provided for up to 2 years; and scientific research funds of RMB 100,000 will be granted after the opening report is completed.

Local Policies for Talent Support and Subsidies:

Linyi City: Funds of RMB 50,000 will be granted at one time by the Finance Bureau at the same level after the opening report is completed.

Living allowances of RMB 200,000 will be offered at one time to PhD graduates from domestic key universities or the top 200 universities among the three ranking systems of the world universities who join in the postdoctoral research center for postdoctoral research and will stay in Linyi City after leaving the research center with an employment contract signed for more than 5 years.

The Municipal Finance Bureau will offer the living subsidies of up to RMB 200,000 to PhD graduates who join in the postdoctoral research center for the first time but have no salary.
