Shandong Province: Building a Highland for Innovation and Development of Hydrogen Energy Industry

Recently, the Shandong Provincial Government issued the "Plan for Ecological Protection and High-Quality Development of the Yellow River Basin in Shandong Province"，which involves the field of hydrogen energy: build two major hydrogen energy industry highlands of China Hydrogen Valley (Jinan) and Oriental Hydrogen Island (Qingdao), and build a fuel cell and key material industry cluster led by Weifang and Zibo, and a fuel cell vehicle and hydrogen energy production and storage equipment industry cluster led by Liaocheng and Jining.

Shandong's hydrogen energy industry is mainly promoted through the "Hydrogen into Ten Thousand Homes" project. It originally involved four cities, and Liaocheng and Jining were added to the development plan for the first time.
