Heze Pools Top Talents to Boost High-end Chemical Industry

Heze has been pooling members of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Chinese Academy of Engineering, overseas academicians and other top talents, to boost the high-end chemical industry and push for an overall leap in the chain. Shandong Yidali Chemical Co., Ltd. has partnered with the Institute of Process Engineering (IPE), Chinese Academy of Sciences to establish "IPE Research Finding Transformation Demonstration Base". The cleaning process developed by the base for MAL, MMA and MAOH prepared by oxidization of isobutene is up to leading international standards. Major projects, including Dongming Petrochemical's 3,000,000t/y oil reduction and chemical increase project and Risun's nylon production base, are under way. Fine projects like Jinhai Chemical's 1,000,000t/y resources utilization project will soon be completed and put into production. With these projects in place, Shandong will further improve its level of refining-chemical integration.
