A 100-billion-level Industrial Cluster Cultivated in the "Vegetable Field" of Shouguang, Shandong

As the largest vegetable distribution center, price formation center, and information exchange center in China, Shouguang of Shandong has built a 100-billion-level vegetable industry cluster with Shouguang vegetables as the core, which has been selected into the first batch of 50 industry clusters with dominant characteristics in China.

At the front end, it aims to carry out standard formulation, seed research and development, and technological innovation; at the back end, it aims to open up high-end sales channels by developing the brands of characteristic vegetables and ready-meals; in the middle link, it aims to build a new agricultural management system focusing on cooperatives and family farms. Shouguang will make efforts in the whole chain to fulfill the goal of building a 100-billion-level industrial cluster with dominant characteristics by 2025.
