Recently, two Shandong province owned enterprises signed a strategic cooperation agreement on the tuna industry. Focused on the key are as of pre-made food of marine fishery, the two parties will conducting depth cooperation in the design, development, and channel expansion of tuna products, and provide Chinese people with quicker and easier access to deep-seafish such as tuna.

As an important part of China's endeavor to build itself intoamaritimepower, deep-sea fishing has played an important role in optimizing domestic fishery structure, reducing the intensity of coastal and offshore fishing and planning fishery productivity strategically and rationally. Meanwhile, developing deep-sea fishing is also crucial for China to enhance its voice in overseas areas and ensure food security.

Based on Chinese people's dietary and consumption habits, the two enterprises will place equal emphasis on developing raw and cooked tuna food rather than focusing on raw tuna food. Now, four major product categories of raw food, ready-to-eat food, heat-and eatfood, and healthcare products have been launched. Notably, selected tuna products have been available in 16 mainstores in Jinan. Besides, online channels will also be used to continuously promote premium tuna products.
