Shandong Holds Textile-Apparel Industrial Chain Matchmaking Conference

On May 16, the Shandong Textile and Garment Industrial Chain Industry-University-Research Targeted Matchmaking and New Technology & Product Promotion Conference was held. Universities and research institutes related to textile and garment technology as well as 150 Shandong-based enterprises in the textile and garment industrial chain attended the conference.

It is reported that in accordance with Shandong's requirements to promote the deep integration of the talent chain, education chain, innovation chain, capital chain, and industrial chain, this conference will help solve the needs of enterprises for talent and technology, promote the industrialization of innovative achievements of universities and research institutes, and facilitate the high-quality development of the textile and garment industrial chain.

The conference extensively solicited the needs of Shandong's textile and garment industrial chain, from which 29 enterprises' technical needs and 57 enterprises' talent needs were selected. The conference released 83 innovation achievements of 16 universities and institutes, 42 enterprises' 64 new technologies and products, and displayed innovative technologies and products from 21 institutions.
