The implementation of land circulation in Weifang has, to a certain extent, alleviated the restrictions by farmers' ownership of small plots of land on the overall development and utilization of rural land resources, which is conducive to the entry of new agricultural production entities and new production factors and promotes high-efficiency agricultural development.
